My husband and I are extremely grateful to be renting with Mockingbird Property Management. Elisabeth has been nothing but caring, knowledgeable, and responsive. Although moving across the country with our young children was quite stressful, Elisabeth helped put us at ease by offering her support, e.g. sharing information about children's resources and events and reminders for changing air filters to ensure good air quality. Also, Elisabeth has always been quick to respond to any issues, even minor ones, and ensure that they are resolved promptly, usually the same day. In addition, Mockingbird took feedback and set up an online payment method which has been much more convenient. Mockingbird has also been kind in sharing their knowledge with us regarding a property that we are renovating. We can say without hesitation that we could not have asked for a better company to rent from than Mockingbird Property Management.

The whole experience of renting from Mockingbird was an absolute breeze. I moved from out of state, and was having issues having a place for myself and my animals that fit what I needed. They made the whole situation as easy as possible, answering questions I had, doing a virtual tour, and working around my schedule. When I moved in everything was exactly as it was stated, and any repairs or things I needed have been handled extremely quickly.
